y style of counseling is a conversational, supportive relationship; my approach, practical and present and experiential. I draw from a variety of treatment approaches individualized to the uniqueness of every person. I believe in helping people achieve real results: improving their ability to work, maintain stable relationships, experience peace instead of anxiety or grief.

My clients include individuals and couples. I specialize in panic disorder and anxiety attacks, depression and bereavement, mood disorders and relationship troubles. And I am a trusted resource in the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have been practicing psychotherapy for more than twenty years.
